How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and personal data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@dukanseghartak.com from the email address or phone number registered with your account.
  2. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
  3. Include your registered name and phone number/email so we can verify your account.

We will process your request and delete your account within a reasonable period after verifying your identity.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the following personal data associated with it:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address
  • Your saved delivery addresses and location data
  • Your account profile and login information
  • Your in-app activity associated with your account

What Data May Be Kept

Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

  • Order and transaction records required for accounting, tax, or legal compliance, which may be retained for up to the period required by applicable law.

Such retained data is securely stored and is not used for any other purpose.
